It deducts Proxy value in real time and this filter can cause slow
loading. Unless you have serious proxy traffic problem even you use RetrieveListOfAliveProxyes, you may NOT need to use DedectAliveProxy. Most of cases, RetrieveListOfAliveProxyes+ProxyBlocker is good enough to maintain proxy traffic.
By using this, script checks all ports which listed in ProxyPorts
in real time. And if it is proxy, the original IP user used will be
blocked and will be dropped.
Even if you do not enable this, you still have proxy filter which you find list on Proxy Blocker.
