This is feed test mode instruction. You can test a feed without activating in your site.
You must edit feed userID, country group and Revenue share % before testing.
after you set them up, you can browser following link to see if there is results. And if you get result, click the redirect link gives you the debug information.

Additional instruction
do not use double keyword (such as a combination of two words home+bussiness). You need to use single word keyword
what does it mean (0:9)
0 is use your own ip
1 is use US ip
287 is feedID number
1:9 is get values by US ip for feed9
If you want to test SearchFeed feed installation by US IP, it will be like
http://www.DOMAIN.com//index.php?debug=1:6&REQ=education
