System Log database style : Please use Lite version of MySql unless you are instructed to use other options. If you choose Lite version, you will not see "Redirect link info" when you click keyword on system log. This redirect link would be totally unnecessary with your site operation and good for disable. Text log data style is only for small traffic site. Like less than 1000 clicks a day.
Removing Old System Logs: Removing database log from mysql. If you set 30, script automatically remove log data table for System Logs. This setup is for database log file style site only. If you use Text Log system, you must remove log file manually by accessing FTP. To keep your database light, you may set 2 ~ 30 days, depends on how long you want to keep logs. By keeping too many logs, database will be too large and would cause slow performance.
Country Detecting: Use "Use QEBiz" for stable IP info. Do not use local option unless you have trusted IP database.
Proxy Detecting for L3 level: Use "QEBiz Elite Proxy Finder" This filter helps you to protect from some proxy traffic. However, proxy IP address is always changing and it cannot drop 100% of proxy. Therefore, you still need to monitor your traffic manually to drop unwanted traffic. For more protection for proxy traffic, You may use 3rd party's database which can be update weekly or daily.
