You can register an account from register form HERE. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email and you need to click the link inside the email.

It is possible that your mailer's spam filter would keep it in Spam folder or you mistyped email address. If both cases were not the reason, you may contact us so that we can manually create an account for you.
How do I close my account?

Make sure your cap lock is off as the login and password fields are case sensitive. If you continue to have problems, you should clear your cache and delete your Internet history. What is points?
A point is our form of currency for service.
Each paid script support action requires

Will my points expire?
No, your purchased points will never expire.
Can I get refund the points because I will not use them?

What is affiliate program?
The Qualityebiz affiliation program is a web based system that enables members to promote Qualityebiz to their friends, family, clients, associates, etc. and earn rewards from new member purchases. When you refer a new member via this program and the new member makes a purchase on Qualityebiz, we will deposit a reward into your Qualityebiz account.

How do I earn money with the affiliation program?
The commission should be credited into your account when QualityEbiz validates all money transaction for the purchase. How to promote
What are the different ways to promote QualityEbiz?
QualityEbiz offers different tools to promote the website. In the "Promotional Tools" section of your account you can find promotion material such as image banners. All those tools are provided with your affiliate code. So, thanks to the Affiliation program, you will be rewarded for all the operations made by your visitors.
How can I receive money I earned?
You can use the commission to purchase our script or service. Or you can request money via PayPal.com US company check.
How long does it take to be paid via Paypal or Check?
To ensure proper payment, QualityEbiz reviews every transaction before we deliver the money. Our payment term is Net30. This means any payment requests made in the current month will be completed in the following month. Example: you requested a payment in 5/May/2008, then you will receive payment in June/2008. However, there are times where this may be delayed and QualityEbiz will send News to members if there is such delay.
My country does not support Paypal or Check. How will I be paid?
If your country does not support Paypal or Check payments the only other option we offer is to send you a wire transfer. Wire transfers are very expensive and time consuming. As a result we require a member to have over $250 before we can issue a wire transfer. In addition, the wire transfer costs $50 per transaction and teh cost will be deducted from your account when we process the payment. Please note wire transfers are only offered to customers in countries where Paypal and Check are not supported.

Refund and return
I did not like your script. Can I return script and get a full refund?
No. As it is said in the license agreement,
we will not issue a full refund once the
script is installed or installer is delivered.
This is very common through online license
purchase. Please have any questions for scripts
or services before you purchase. We also
recommend exploring demo script sites.
What is the script license agreement?
The Script License Agreement is the lawful agreement that a purchaser agrees to when they purchase a script copy from QualityEbiz. A purchaser purchases to run a copy of script under his domain name. It does not include reseller right or script copyright. Script's copyright belongs to EVisionDeliver, INC.
Am I required to add copyright information when I use a script from QualityEbiz?
No, it is not required to add the copyright information on your website when you use a QualityEbiz script under your domain, however it is always appreciated. The only time we require copyright information to be added is when the script is being used in conjunction with editorial use such as a newspaper or magazine story. You are not allowed to remove any copyright information in script file as it is restricted to modify script files in the license agreement. Please note: local laws may require, copyright information in some circumstance please check your local law to be sure.
Can I receive open source of scripts to modify script functions?
No. All scripting files of scripts are encoded and you will not be able to modify it yourself.
Can I change design or site interface?
Yes. All scripts have template systems. Except for generated data area by database and script, you can change any design aspects. However, you cannot change script admin area design.
Can I order custom modifications for QualityEbiz scripts?
No. Package scripts (QualityPPC, JumboFeed and QualityMaximizer) are sold as they are. And those do not offer individual modification service. To make sure what you can do with scripts, we do recommend to go through all demo sites to see the features and functions. Transfer and Resell
May I resell a script I purchased on QualityEbiz?
No, Selling the code for this program without prior written consent from QualityEbiz.com is expressly forbidden. You may not redistribute this program in any shape or form.
Can I transfer my script license to another person?
Yes, you can. To transfer license to another person, there will be $25 of document filling fee. And, the current licensee must provide the new licensee's Name, Email address to Qualityebiz prior to the transfer. This is extremely important update so that the new licensee can receive script update news. The new licensee must agree with the script license agreement prior to the transfer. Receiving no document filling fee may cause discontinuation of free script support.

Any websites can be hosted with QEB shared hosting service?
QEB shared web hosting service is offered to only websites which run by JumboFeed.
When will be my hosting account ready?
Once you submit Product Setup form in your member area, webhosting account will be ready in 24h under normal circumstances.
Do I need to upgrade if I exceed package size?
Yes, QEB will contact you when your account needs to be upgrade or must transfer to another hosting company. It is important to have suitable package for your website so that we can maintain the server performance for all client shares the server.
How can I pay hosting fee?
We accept payment PayPal.com, Credit Card (2CO.com) and US cashiers check. To pay your hosting monthly fee, please upload money into your account before the due date.
I did not like QEB hosting service. Can I get a refund?
Cancellation request with full refund is acceptable within 7 days of the initial order placement. The cancelation request must be submitted via the QualityEbiz Online Support Center. Any 2nd and the after month?fs fee are not refundable.

What is Domain Parking?
Domain Parking is a simple way to earn money from your domains' natural traffic. If you have registered domain names, but they are not currently being used, then domain parking is a great way to monetize those domains for you. You can make money without even lifting a finger! The idle domain is used to display relevant advertisements - every time a site visitor clicks on one of the advertisements you earn money.
Do I need to pay to park my domain with QEB service?
No. To park your domain with QEB Domain Parking service is absolutely free.
Can any domain park with QEB?
Yes. However, the domain must be not in use. that means the domain should not have any active website with. As soon as you park your domain with QEB, the domain will display advertisement and you can not share the domain?fs content area with domain parking service. (Example of parked domain : http://qualityemail.net/)
Can I set the keyword to display on my domain page?
You may. Our system will generate most suitable keywords for you domain name. You may send a request of changing or adding keywords, however, QEB has the right to make the sole decision to manage keyword eventually. To request keyword management, please submit a ticket from Support Center.
Can I click the keywords myself?
No, as it is described in the terms of service, all clicks must be generated by natural traffic. Self-clicking and incentivize clicks are not allowed.
How can I start to park domains with QEB?
1- Register and create an account QEB 2- Go to Park Domain! Menu in member area 3- Grab the DNS info which you need to use for
your domain 4 -Change DNS of your domain to QEB domain park
This DNS change may take
up to 24hours 5- Once your domain's DNS updated,
Go to Park Domain! In
member area and submit your domain name. 6- You are done. 7- QEB will analyze and will insert best keywords

What will be happened if there is any violation found in my traffic?
Any accounts violated to the terms and conditions, will be terminated without any payment generated.
About commissions and payment
How much commission can I get by parking my domain?
There is no guaranteed or fixed rate per click and no guarantees how much you would earn. It may depend on how much natural traffic you have and our advertiser?fs cost to display ad on your domain.
When will I be paid?
You will be paid within 30 days of payment requesting date. Please go to Payment Request menu in member area. To request a payment, there is $5 of minimum account balance required.
How will I be paid?

How do I contact customer support and sales?
QualityEbiz provides support service from online support center or email only. Please log-in to your account and click on the Support link or visit Contact page. Timely script support are only provided from our online support center. Email communication and contact form do not guarantee the timely support.
Why do you provide script support only via online support center?
Our support team works on tickets together. And online support center allows us to manage all communications in one place and allows us to track each case by multiple people. Additionally, we have found that email communication no longer be a stable and realizable because of each person's Spam filter setting and network policy may effect delivering emails to us and you. We appreciate your understanding and please submit support ticket for any support requests.
What is included in script support?
Script support may be devided in Free support or Paid service support. It depends on the issue. Please find common idea for support below. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Free support : QualityEbiz provides free support for script's system bugs, required upgrades due to major change of industry's needs. Script upgrade is free under normal circumstances. However, there will be service fee applied if client fails to process upgrade and order us to complete and fix. To receive free script support, the site must have the latest version QualityEbiz publically issued.
Paid service support : When the issue occurred by user's modification on script files, database tables, server configuration and template files. Database management Server configuration except for the initial configuration service coming with script installation. Future server changes or site moves Installation of PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin or any other server modules or scripts other than the ones included in the software Custom changes in the functionality or design of the software Fixing or reinstalling the software because of a change that your host had made Fixing or reinstalling the software because of a server crash Fixing or reinstalling the software because of a change that you have made to the source code Troubleshooting a server or installation problem can be very time consuming and may not even be possible without the correct access to the site or server. Therefore we require that we are able to see the site at the time help is provided and that any type of server/hosting access requested will be provided. Otherwise, we have the right to deny support until these qualifications are met.
I do not have points in my account. Can I still receive script support?
Yes and No. As our paid support requires point spending, you must have the point in your account prior to receive paid support. We advise you to purchase points in advance for future emergency situation.
What is the rate for Paid support?
Our paid support rate is $25 per hour and charged hourly. The service fee will be converted to points and will be deducted from your account when the issue is solved.
