|This matter would have various reasons. Below is some examples. If you cannot find solution from below, please feel free to contact QualityEbiz.com
. We will analyze your traffic and make adjustments in security setting as much as possible.
Over click from an IP address : If the feed is popular, it is possible that many search engines are using their feed. Therefore, it is also possible that many clicks are sent from same IP address through many sites. As you know, feed does not give credit unlimitedly to an IP address. That means there are normally 1~several credits given for an IP address in 24hours. That crediting policy is different by feed company. So, if you send clicks which are sent from same IP address others are sent, then you would have no credit with that credit.
- Solution : since it is not possible to control this situation, you may simply give lower revenue share percentage in XML feeds setting. By setting 5%~10% less percentage than what feed officially offers, you may adjust and not lose credit by over clicks.
Fraud click screening : All search engines including your upstream feed companies have different fraud screening system and crediting policy. Example, if 2 search engines use different script, then, of course, the fraud detecting systems are different between them, that means crediting policy is different too. If your feed has much strict fraud screening system, then you would have less credit in their report because they drop clicks much more than you do. The best solution for this is to have similar fraud screening system. You may contact QualityEbiz.com
if you find a new fraud screening system that your upstream use. Then we could add the screening system in Jumbofeed to match.
- Solution : Use higher security level and drop unwanted clicks. To add more security filter to detect new kind of fraud clicks.
Are you setting security filters ? : If you do not use security filters such as proxy blocker or click shield in Jumbofeed, you would have problem getting credit with your feed. Nowadays, it is quite common that any large size of XML feed providers need to protect their advertisers from bad quality traffic such as proxy clicks and automated clicks. To make sure to not give credit to that kind of traffic which your feed does not give credit, use those filters.
- Solution : learn and use Jumbofeed’s security filter and do manual screening too.
