WHAT IS OUGO?
- Ougo is one of the browsers on the net. It is popular that cheaters use this browser to send automated clicks to search engine portal page. Cheaters use Ougo browser and Auto surf programs to generate clicks. By having many Ougo uses in your traffic, you would not have only unwanted bot clicks but would also experience server load problems.

HOW TO TRACK OUGO CLICK USERS?
- Ougo Tracker allows you to see the username and sub-username of those who are using Ougo browser. It is just records and does not block or drop the clicks. How to enable Ougo Tracker?
- Go to Ougo Tracker under Security
- Enable the service by clicking the tab (See screenshot
)
- If you see Enable service on the tab = the service is Off
- If you see Disable service on the tab = the service is On
- After you enable Ougo Tracker, you have options to manage or drop the clicks. Please read below.

HOW TO BLOCK OUGO CLICKS?
- This option offers you to terminate any Ougo click accesses to your site without displaying anything. Because script does not allow those Ougo browser traffic to access your server, this also maintain your server performance if you had serious problem with Ougo traffic.
- Enable Resource Protect on Ougo tracker under Security (See screenshot
)
- If you see Enable Resource Protect on the tab = the service is Off
- If you see Disable Resource Protect on the tab = the service is On
- Enable IP security. Since script may
not deduct some Ougo traffic which come from XML user’s traffic,
You should enable IP security as well. Why? By enabling IP security, Ougo traffic IP addresses are also stamped as Bot. Therefore, you can block or manage those bot IP addresses to XML users.

HOW TO MANAGE OUGO CLICKS? (NOT DROPPING)
- This option offers you to manage Ougo clicks’ crediting level and feed control. Ougo browser still can run portal link in Ougo browser. You may check the users who use Ougo browser and manage traffic to those users. However, this does not improve server performance in case Ougo brings a heavy server load.
- Enable Ougo Tracker under security (See screenshot
)
- Go to Click shield under Security and set credit level to Ougo click(See screenshot
). You can select from Block, NonCredit or Allow.
Block
may be one of best options if you have feeds which you set for UnSecureClicks.
- Block : When you select Block, Ougo clicks will beblocked.assigned to the feeds which are accepting "AllowUnSecureClicktoSearch(AllowUnSecureClicktoSearch and/or AllowUnSecureClicktoXML must be enabled on Setting under security. And the credit % will be used what you set in UnSecureClickCreditPercent.)".
- NonCredit : Ougo clicks will be passed without crediting.
- Allow : Ougo clicks will be passed as normal crediting.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF USING OUGO FILTER.
When Ougo click enters site, it stamps the IP address as Bot if you enable IP security and Click Shield(Ougo option should be Block or NonCredit). Since Ougo users are sharing many those IP addresses together, Ougo filter can help to build even better IP security database.
